Introduction
The first Consolidated Financial Statements for the Canadian Venture Exchange Inc. (CDNX) are now available online. The Financial Statements contain the results of operations of CDNX and its predecessors for 1999 (with comparative figures for 1998), utilizing the pooling-of-interests method of accounting for business combinations.
