Effective at the opening this morning, E.S.I. Environmental
Sensors Inc. was posted and called for trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. The
company is classified as a "Venture" company and trades under the symbol
"ENV".
E.S.I. Environmental is primarily engaged in the development, engineering, manufacturing
and marketing of products that accurately and efficiently measure moisture in particulate
matter
such as soils, landfills, compost and mine tailings. As well, the Company assembles and
distributes, in Canada, products developed for the oceanographic, meteorological and
marine industries.
E.S.I. Environmental has completed its initial distribution of shares to the public for
total gross proceeds of $2,000,000 (2,500,000 shares at $0.80 per share).
The company's capitalization is 20 million common shares with no par value of which
9,870,322 shares are currently issued and outstanding (including 1,467,498 shares in
escrow). Montreal Trust Company is the transfer agent and Brink, Hudson & Lefever
Ltd. is the sponsoring member.
