Effective at the opening this morning, Terragold
Explorations Inc. was posted and called for trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. The
company is classified as a "Venture" company and trades under the symbol
"TRG".
Terragold Explorations Inc. is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral
resource properties. The company owns a 100 percent interest in Playford Resources N.L.
which has interests in nine mineral tenements located in the Dunolly area of the Central
Victorian Goldfields, Australia.
Terragold Explorations has completed its initial distribution of shares to the public for
total gross proceeds of $1,000,000 (2,000,000 shares at $0.50 per share).
The company's capitalization is 50 million common shares with no par value of which
3,981,005 shares are currently issued and outstanding (including 750,000 shares in
escrow). Montreal Trust Company is the transfer agent and Canaccord Capital Corp. is the
sponsoring member.
