total gross proceeds of $535,000 (350,000 flow through shares at $0.50 per share and
800,000 non-flow through shares at $0.45 per share).
The company's capitalization is 100 million common shares with no par value of which
3,251,001 shares are currently issued and outstanding (including 750,000 shares in
escrow). Pacific Corporate Trust Company is the transfer agent and Union Securities Ltd.
