Effective at the opening this morning Infowave Wireless
Messaging Inc. was posted and called for trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. The
company is classified as a "Venture" company and trades under the symbol
"IWM".
Infowave Wireless Messaging Inc. is engaged in the development, marketing and sale of
computer software for specialized applications. The company has two distinct product
lines. The first product line is the company's wireless messaging software and the second
is the Apple Macintosh printer driver products that use a combination of software and
hardware to enable Macintosh computers to print to PC-compatible printers.
Infowave Wireless Messaging Inc. has completed its initial distribution of shares to the
public for total gross proceeds of $2,500,000 (2,500,000 shares at $1.00 per share).
The company's capitalization is 100 million common shares with no par value of which
11,653,000 shares are currently issued and outstanding. Montreal Trust Company of Canada
is the transfer agent and Canaccord Capital Corp. is the sponsoring member.
