Effective at the opening this morning Doublestar Resources
Ltd. was posted and called for trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. The company is
classified as a "Venture" company and trades under the symbol "DSR".
Doublestar Resources Ltd. is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of
gold, copper and other precious and base metal bearing properties. The company currently
holds interests in properties located in British Columbia including the Fort Knox Group,
Gold Star Group, Vital Group, Copper Keg Group and the Gold Key Group.
Doublestar Resources has completed its initial distribution of shares to the public for
total gross proceeds of $240,000 (600,000 shares at $0.40 per share).
The company's capitalization is an unlimited number of class 'A' common shares with no par
value of which 2,290,000 shares are currently issued and outstanding (including 750,000
shares in escrow). Montreal Trust Company of Canada is the transfer agent and C.M. Oliver
& Company Limited is the sponsoring member.
