Norwood Resources is a natural resource company engaged in the acquisition and exploration
of mineral properties. The company has obtained an option to acquire a 100 percent
interest in seventeen claims located in the Vancouver Mining Division, British Columbia
known as the Alexandria Property.
Norwood has completed its initial distribution of shares to the public for total gross
proceeds of $420,000 (1,200,000 shares at $0.35 per share).

2,750,001 shares are currently issued and outstanding (including 750,000 shares in
