Bargold Resources Ltd. has completed its initial distribution of shares to the public for
total gross proceeds of $315,000 (900,000 shares at $0.35 per share). The company has
granted a Greenshoe Option entitling the Agent to purchase a total of 135,000 shares at a
price of $0.30 per share up to the close of business on January 16, 1998.
The company's capitalization is 100 million common shares with no par value of which
2,810,000 common shares are currently issued and outstanding (including 750,000 shares in
