The company is classified as a "Venture" company and trades in US$ under the
symbol "SYC.U".
Symplex Communications Corp. is a high tech company engaged in the design, development,
manufacturing and marketing of data compression devices and remote access communications
switching systems that enhance the performance of existing LANs and WANs.
The company has completed its initial distribution of shares to the public for total gross
proceeds of US$3,125,000 (3,125,000 shares at US$1.00 per share).
The company's capitalization is 20 million common shares with a par value of US$0.01 per
share of which 8,115,982 common shares are currently issued and outstanding. Pacific
