development of natural resource properties, primarily in Mexico.
Green Point Resources Inc. has completed its initial distribution of shares to the
public for total gross proceeds of $600,000. The company’s capitalization is
250,000,000 common shares with no par value and 250,000,000 preferred shares with no par
value, with 4,680,000 common shares issued and outstanding (including 750,000 shares held
in escrow). Pacific Corporate Trust Company is the transfer agent and Global Securities
Corp. is the sponsoring member.
The Company has granted to their sponsor 150,000 non-transferable share purchase
warrants. One warrant to purchase one share at $0.40 per share up to July 15, 1999.
