Resources Ltd. commenced trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. The company is
classified as a "Venture" company and trades under the symbol "GDR". Incorporated
in British Columbia, Goodfellow Resources Ltd. is engaged in the acquisition, exploration
and development of mining properties. The company is currently earning an interest in a
group of mining claims commonly referred to as the Goodfellow Property located 40
kilometres east of Plaster Rock, North-Western, New Brunswick.
Goodfellow Resources Ltd. has completed its initial distribution of shares to the
public for total gross proceeds of $315,000. The company’s capitalization is
10,000,000 shares with no par value, with 2,475,000 common shares issued and outstanding
(including 750,000 shares held in escrow). Montreal Trust Company of Canada is the
transfer agent and Haywood Securities Inc. is the sponsoring member.
