Resources Ltd. commenced trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. The company is
classified as a "Venture" company and trades under the symbol "KBX".
Kobex Resources Ltd. was incorporated in the province of British
Columbia in 1996. The company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development
of mineral properties primarily in Mexico, and has two subsidiary companies in Mexico.
The company’s capitalization is 100,000,000 common shares with no
par value of which 8,982,325 common shares are issued and outstanding (including 750,000
held in escrow). Pacific Corporate Trust Company of Canada is the transfer agent for the
company and IPO Capital Corp. is the sponsoring member.
The company has issued to its sponsor a total of 200,000
non-transferable share purchase warrants. Each warrant entitles the agent to purchase one
share of the company at $0.50 per share during the first year and at $0.575 per share
during the second year from the date the shares commence trading.
