The company’s capitalization is 100,000,000 common shares with no
par value of which 11,203,000 common shares are issued and outstanding. Montreal Trust
Company of Canada is the transfer agent for Lake City Gaming Corp. and Goepel McDermid
Inc. is the sponsoring member.
The company has issued to its sponsor a total of 300,000
non-transferable share purchase warrants. Each warrant entitles the agent to purchase one
share of the company at $1.50 per share during the first year and at $1.725 per share
during the second year.
