1999, International Bio Recovery Corporation commenced trading on the Vancouver Stock
Exchange. The company is classified as a "Venture" company and trades
under the symbol "INT".
International Bio Recovery Corporation is a Vancouver, B.C.-based
biotechnology firm which provides an environmentally friendly waste reduction service to
persons in the Greater Vancouver Regional District who must dispose of bio-degradable
waste. The company produces an organic fertilizer product in both liquid and dry pellet
form from the process.
International Bio Recovery Corp. has completed its initial distribution
of shares to the public for total gross proceeds of $5,014,000 (640,000 units at $2.35 per
unit) and (1,560,000 shares at $2.25 per share). The company's capitalization is 100
million common shares with no par value of which 11,980,359 common shares are currently
issued and outstanding (including 2,094,000 shares in escrow). Canaccord Capital Corp. is
the sponsoring member and Montreal Trust Company is the transfer agent.
The company has offered to its agent a total 440,000 non-transferable
warrants. One warrant to purchase one share at $2.35 per share up until one year from
February, 8, 1999.
