Notice to Members #74/98
The Vancouver Stock Exchange would like to clarify its Notice
to Members #54/98, detailing various disciplinary actions, which was released on May
15, 1998.
This notice made reference to an investor relations agreement with Euro
Pacific Management Ltd., and defined this as "The Investor Relations Group." The
use of this term was not intended to imply that at anytime they were carrying on business
under the name Investor Relations Group.
A company doing business as IRG Investor Relations Group Ltd. was not
in any way involved in the events described in Notice to Members #54/98.
