MOA Available Online

The Memorandum of Agreement entered into by the Vancouver Stock Exchange (VSE), Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE), Montreal Exchange (ME) and the Alberta Stock Exchange (ASE) has been made available online through the VSE's website at www.vse.ca.

The MOA is the basis of the Canadian market restructuring announced by the VSE, TSE, ME and ASE on March 15, 1999. Previously released information on the restructuring announcement can also be obtained online through the VSE's website.
