CDNX TRADING REMAINS CLOSED

 

September 12, 2001 (CALGARY) --Trading on the Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX) will remain closed today to allow market participants to assess the impact of the situation.

"We continue to monitor the situation and will review our decision before the close of business today and, if required, on a day-by-day basis," said Bill Hess, President, CDNX. "With the exception of the close of trading, it’s business as usual at CDNX."
