CDNX: Approved Person Disciplined - Smolensky
CALGARY, AB (April 9, 2001) A
proposed settlement agreement between the Canadian Venture Exchange Inc.
("CDNX") and Arthur Murray Smolensky was approved on April 5, 2001 by the
Disciplinary Hearing Panel pursuant to CDNX Rule E.1.12(4).
