REVISIONS TO RULES AND TRADING POLICIES RE: UNIVERSAL MARKET INTEGRITY RULES (April 1, 2002) - Rules A, C and F have been amended to facilitate the adoption of the Universal Market Integrity Rules as outlined on the Member Notice published on March 26, 2002.
